Do you get caught up in 'future' and what it has stored?

I know intellectually there is no 'future', it is a thought, a dream of sorts. Yet I still worry about so many things of the future, and my own being and I try so hard to stay in the NOW, but the mind constantly is wondering ahead. Do you ever get caught up in thoughts of tomorrow or even next year, and how do you stop/stay in just the Present?

I don't get caught up nearly enough.  I think we need to set goals and follow a focused vision.

I don't fear the future.  It has not happened.  Why fear?

I so look forward to the future the bible describes. It is a future full of promises of a better world. It is a future under God's kingdom that will wipe out all suffering, and misery. I live for this time when the wicked will be no more. (Psalms 37:9,10)
